Requirements
- Deep understanding of CVP drivers and Mastercard’s revenue drivers in order to build business cases; helpful to have account management or business development experience
- Clear communicator with ability to deliver strong verbal and written messaging and influence through compelling narratives
- Collaborative partner with ability to seek input from cross-functional teams, synthesize needs of diverse stakeholders and optimize for the best outcome
- Customer-focused with ability to understand both customer and end consumer needs and represent both constituencies in go to market and new benefits development

Responsibilities
- Oversee a high performing team dedicated to bringing Cardholder Services benefits to market
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Cardholder Services Program, Core Products, Regional Cardholder Services teams and cross-functional enablement stakeholders
- Create cardholder services sales and go to market strategies
- Build compelling new benefits that enhance Core Products CVPs
- Innovate on ways to drive benefits awareness and usage among consumers through our customers
