Requirements
- Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics and / or Statistics.
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, finance or other related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
Responsibilities
- High level financial planning analysis and reimbursement modeling.
- Support the preparation of the annual patient revenue budgets.
- Detailed reimbursement analysis and rate distribution.
- Support of the regulatory reporting including surveys and cost reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- High level Microsoft Excel knowledge including pivot tables, IF functions and lookups.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task.
- Healthcare finance and/or accounting background.
