IT Training Lead

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and delivering eLearning and micro-learning content.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and marketing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a must (Examples: Articulate, Camtasia, Workday Learning).
Strong graphic design background.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite of products.

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness roadmap and create actionable plans to support the cybersecurity awareness program.
Collaborate with GICS partners to identify needs, ensure consistent messaging, and alignment with organizational goals.
Create and deliver eLearning modules and micro-learning content focused on cybersecurity awareness.
Design and execute marketing and communication campaigns to promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices to ensure content is relevant and accurate.
Act as a Change Champion, driving the adoption of cybersecurity best practices and fostering a culture of continuous education and awareness.
