Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
- A can do, will do attitude.
- A desire to operate and maintain Silgan’s can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
Responsibilities
- Service, operate, maintain, overhaul, and monitor sheet feeder, presses, compound liners, elevators, conveyors, compound system, and other pieces of equipment.
- Maintain production of quality ends as defined in our quality standards.
- Perform inspection procedures at the scheduled intervals, enter the corresponding data into a Windows computer, and react accordingly to any nonstandard conditions.
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently maintain and overhaul assigned equipment.
