Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and calendars for executives
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, note-taking, and document preparation
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
- Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested
