Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules and calendars for executives
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, note-taking, and document preparation
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
  • Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications
  • Prepare reports and presentations as requested
