Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Engaging personality, effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Responsibilities

• Assist frequent, premiere customers at airport operations
• Process rentals of customers who are members of loyalty programs
• Offer products and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service to improve their travel experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
