Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
- 9+ years of experience in management and leadership development, preferably in a senior level role
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in leading learning programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to demonstrate measurable behavior shifts and results from development programs
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies and programs that align with Altera’s goals and objectives
- Design and develop comprehensive management and leadership development programs that support the company’s strategic goals
- Develop and implement a broad range of learning solutions to enhance leader, team, and organizational effectiveness while fostering employee engagement
- Identify, select, and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality training and development solutions
- Facilitate and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars as applicable
- Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of development initiatives with organizational priorities
- Provide regular reports and updates on program progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement
- Manage the budget for leadership development programs and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
