Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administration, or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of event concepts and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
- Support the setup, operation, and breakdown of events
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare materials, manage inventory, and handle shipments
- Track expenses and help maintain budget accuracy
- Provide on-site support during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reports
