Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the Technology and Operations People & Culture team by providing project coordination and assisting in the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, performance management, change management initiatives, etc.
  • Provide support on transformational organizational design work
  • Manage various reporting related tasks including data reconciliation and position management activities
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes within the P&C team and across project teams
  • Handle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the People & Culture team
  • Work with data and metrics, using Excel and Workday
  • Effectively collaborate with business partners
  • Create presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials, as needed
  • Apply and communicate company policies
  • Develop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions (including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits) to provide ‘seamless’ support and guidance to the business
