Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Aerospace Industry
- Experience with aircraft maintenance process and documents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to articulate requirements and results to a vast audience
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics
Responsibilities
- Shape how to sustain the new fleet of aircraft by leading work and structuring the process of maintaining large aircrafts
- Design and develop systems for the Air Force aircraft fleet
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Broaden skillset into areas like Team Center and Life Cycle Management
- Merge military sustainment operations and align with commercial aviation guidelines to create a robust program supporting and maintaining the Air Force fleet
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Maintenance operations or inspection, and Non-Destructive Inspections or testing of aircraft structure and systems
- Ability to understand technical data and directions associated with aircraft maintenance
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Certification
- Defense Acquisition Certification
