Requirements
- Age – 16 or older
Responsibilities
- Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task
- Assist customers with sale of goods including: Provide product information, Answer product questions, Recommend products, Retrieve products from locked cabinets
- Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning
- Setting and completion of modular
- Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering
- Product Launches – in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
