Requirements
- Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with polygraph. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
- Extensive knowledge in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field.
- 15 years’ experience managing personnel; five years of which shall have been with a contract of similar size and scope.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program within established contract baselines.
- Primary point through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the customer and the Contractor.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the customer.
- Available within one hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the customer or designated customer representative.
- Available within two hours after normal business hours, after notification, to meet on-site with the customer or designated customer representative.

- Operations in U.S. Government facilities
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of facility and service metrics
- Contract negotiations, modifications, and other related contractual requirements
