Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- 3-5 years of experience
- General knowledge of the gaming industry, including casino operations, sports betting, and table games
- Ability to navigate and use technology for virtual and in-person education programs
- Ability to direct staff in utilizing and obtaining proficiency in applications
- Ability to comprehensively write, direct the production of and edit business proposals
- Ability to work outside of normal, UNLV business hours
- Ability to nurture faculty instructors and direct staff
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders efficiently
- Ability to direct multiple content acquisition efforts simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Deliver educational content to a stakeholder audience both virtually and in-person
- Recruit, direct, and maintain a pool of instructors and attendees
- Oversee marketing efforts and delivery technology logistics
- Coordinate instructor logistics and platform training
- Manage the Center’s educational program offerings and budget
- Review post-program profit and loss statements to suggest cost-saving strategies
- Negotiate with outside vendors and internal campus departments regarding service delivery
- Ensure the success and profitability of educational programs
- Maintain the Center’s reputation for best executive educational experience
