Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
- 10+ years of Software Engineer experience
- 5-7+ years of experience developing applications in complex, enterprise environments, with significant experience specifically with Oracle APEX applications
- Effective communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Agile environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, user-friendly, and secure applications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience with RESTful Web Services, SSO, and security best practices
- Deep expertise in Oracle APEX 20.x or higher (ideally with a few versions of the current release), PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
- Support multiple mission-critical systems across various business domains, working closely with stakeholders to ensure system performance, usability, and alignment with agency goals
- Provide mentorship, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to architecture decisions.
