Requirements
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the employment process for all candidates in assigned business groups, including coordinating pre-employment clearances, relative/cohabitant approvals, gaming registration, pre-processing audits, onboarding and orientation scheduling, I-9 compliance, tip credit, and licensing requirements
- Support property-level HR processes such as union/CBA membership entry, partnering with department leadership to ensure compliance and successful execution of initiatives
- Coordinate with governing bodies and regulatory agencies on employment-related compliance
- Provide administrative support for Okta and Workday
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as assigned
