Create and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS software to inspect manufactured parts
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications to develop accurate inspection plans
Train and mentor CMM inspectors to perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections using CMM equipment
Analyze inspection data to identify and resolve potential quality issues
Review Document inspection results, including reports, logs, and data input into quality databases
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve production efficiency
Train and guide operators and inspectors on the use of CMM equipment and PC-DMIS software
Identify and resolve issues related to CMM programming, operation, and inspection processes
Prepare reports for internal and external audits
Other QE/QC inspection process delegated from QC Management
