Requirements
- 3+ years of ecommerce experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Be self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Understanding of and appreciation for the ‘fan’ mentality as it applies to marketing opportunities, product development, and customer service
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the official direct-to-consumer online store for 15-20 artist and entertainment brands
- Build, maintain and merchandise stores on the Shopify platform
- Develop a yearly plan for stores
- Proactively work with internal teams to identify and merchandise new offerings
- Liaise with internal and artist teams to recommend and develop DTC-exclusive merchandise offerings
- Work with the marketing team to develop acquisition programs and execute marketing campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with client teams
- Liaise with our partner warehouses to ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods
- Manage the store inventory and purchase requests for new and existing product replenishment
- Work with international partners to develop and maintain x-US online stores
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in music, entertainment and/or retail industries preferred
