Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role, including technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Ads clients, understanding their business challenges and architecting technology and media solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with Sales to discover customer needs, assess where gTech Ads can add value, and secure senior client buy-in for proposed initiatives.
- Design and finalize joint services plans, aligning solutions and resources to client priorities and unlocking growth by scoping comprehensive projects.
- Orchestrate the delivery of services plans, working closely with regional gTech Ads execution teams, Customer Support, and Media Solutions, and manage high-visibility escalations when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for gTech Ads go-to-market and execution, conducting regular client debriefs and proactively addressing challenges.

- Understanding of the web/cloud technologies and data infrastructure, translating technical concepts for all audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, building internal and external stakeholder networks to achieve strategic goals.
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical project management, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on plans.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity, effectively solving complex problems within large, distributed organizations.
