Requirements
- Strong grasp of interaction patterns
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines in UX design
- Understanding of UX research methods and processes
- Familiarity designing tools and workflows that enable collaboration between teams or different personas
- Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, having a “learn fast” mindset
- Ability to work within a design system to ensure quality and consistency
- Ability to partner with a product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research
- Design user flows
- Create interactive prototypes for new features that help customers monitor and improve their site performance
- Partner with product managers and engineers to design, test, and launch experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an Associate UX Designer or other role involving user interface (UI) design, interaction design, or user research in SaaS/Product companies
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field desired not required
- Demonstrated ability to design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience with user research methods conducting user testing, interviews, and surveys
