Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry
- 5 years of experience in creating and executing ClaimCenter environment planning across all phases of multi-year and multi-location Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation programs
- 5 years of experience in overseeing performance testing planning, including stress and load testing using JMeter
- 5 years of experience in collaborating with business team members on creating and executing business testing scenarios to manage testing all aspects of Guidewire ClaimCenter and third-party systems, including Quadient, Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, Verisk wcPrism, or Enlyte Medical Bill Review
- 5 years of experience in managing and solving complex integration problems, including the transmission of policy data through Application Program Interfaces to be consumed by Guidewire ClaimCenter
- 5 years of experience in escalating program issues and change orders in program governance meetings
- 5 years of experience in creating detailed quality assurance reporting on test management, execution, and defects for program governance meetings
- 5 years of experience in conducting defect triage meetings with development and business teams
- 5 years of experience in designing and implementing test automation framework using C# and Selenium
- 5 years of experience in preparing test strategy for development, stabilization, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing phases
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain master test plan that encompasses test strategy for functional and end-to-end testing, test environments, and automation approach
- Define test models (plans, data, scripts, and expected results) and entry/exit criteria
- Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients
- Define, track, and publish test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance to the team and client
- Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases
- Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and user acceptance testing
- Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
- Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures
- Lead others on the testing team and manage process questions and issues
- Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work
- Allocate test resources and guide on priorities to application tests in a multi-test environment and different testing phases
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments
- Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management and adhere to strategic direction provided.
