Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree, with interest or experience in a marketing, finance, investor relations, sales or a related field
- Strong Computer / Excel / PowerPoint / Programming / Python skills
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and proactive. Able to work independently within a team
- Extremely organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands
Responsibilities
- Provide support to US-based sales team
- Maintain and update Capstone’s client relationship management system (Backstop) with investor connectivity, including meeting/call notes and email correspondences
- Assist with sales pipeline management and reporting to senior management on the sales process
- Use available tools to engage in research, investor trends, and investment mandates/RFPs to uncover new prospects
- Work with Sales team on prospecting new clients and relationship maintenance for existing clients
- Prepare client meeting prep materials, handle meeting/call notes, and assist with follow up correspondence
- Help organize travel and events with Sales and PMs, including PM roadshows, educational lunch events, and meetings surrounding conferences
- Support Capital Introduction/Prime Broker relations – coordinate hedge fund conferences, prep presenters/speakers, prep investor attendee notes and materials
- Coordinate with Investor Relations on investor communication, reporting, RFP submissions and legal documents
- Potential involvement in planning Capstone’s educational events, such as GVS, DRF and topical webcasts
- Potential to travel and attend industry conferences to represent Capstone
- Work with Capstone’s Solutions Team to assist in Compliance approval and tracking of materials for prospective investors
- Support Sales Team by automating reporting processes where needed
