Requirements

- Thorough knowledge and proficiency with PC software programs e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database management, Power Point, email, calendar
Responsibilities
- Reconciles mileage and expense reports for multiple District Managers.
- Makes travel arrangements for District Managers as needed.
- Assists with coordination of special events, provides logistical support such as room reservations, catering etc.
- Prepares routine documents, reports and other correspondence for the District Managers in a timely manner.
- May handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Files department records/documents according to established guidelines.
