New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellow – Fluent Spanish – Evergreen

Requirements

• Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate from their training program between December 2024 and May 2025.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to program location for at least the next two years.
• Have not yet worked as an NP.
• Minimum of one year experience working as an adult RN.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program.
• Currently holds or will hold by 9/15/2025 an active, non-probationary state NP license.
• A genuine passion for adult primary care.
• A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults.
• Embrace teamwork and the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant colleagues.
• Want to be a part of an innovative model focused on empirically guided population health.
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location.
• Someone who embodies being “Oaky”.

Responsibilities

• Building their own patient panel.
• Learning from a multitude of preceptors.
• Engaging in didactic content that aims to build on, not repeat, graduate training.
• Committing to work at Oak Street for at least a year following program completion.
