Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of relevant and practical experience with preferably in IT management supporting HR/Payroll
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems, specifically time and payroll management
  • Any relevant IT Certification

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate scrum practices focusing on technical delivery, ensuring that products are built on robust, scalable models
  • Manage a large team or multiple small teams, providing guidance and support to ensure operational success
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define IT strategy and roadmaps, aligning technological initiatives with business priorities
  • Foster a positive and innovative IT culture that aligns with organizational values, promotes continuous learning, and encourages collaboration across teams and departments
  • Drive the implementation of strategic IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals, ensuring impactful results
  • Lead and develop multiple teams of IT professionals across different specialties, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective communication and successful partnerships
  • Mentor team leads and managers on advanced techniques, helping them grow their technical expertise and leadership skills
