Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire warehouse employees to meet and exceed daily targets.
  • Drive daily work execution and monitor work performance.
  • Support the Operations Manager in total leadership and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Union experience
  • EWS experience
  • Bilingual
  • Supervised +30 associates
  • Ability to work multiple shifts or departments.
  • Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies.
