Responsibilities
- Identify and research organizations that fit KnowBe4’s ideal customer profile.
- Reach out to key stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn with personalized, impactful messaging.
- Address objections and create excitement about meeting with our team.
- Collaborate with Territory/Account Executives to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM.
- Share your results and insights with leadership during monthly business reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office, Gmail, Google Docs, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with sales tools or IT security concepts.
