Requirements
- Have knowledge and expertise in electronic protection and electronic attack for radar systems
- Must have DoD acquisition experience, with specific experience in Weapon Systems Integration, Program Integration, and Project/Product/Program Management as described in the job description
- Be familiar with Special Access Programs (SAP) and their procedures for access and classification
- Must have experience collaborating with key Army stakeholders including Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Army Capability Management Offices, Cross Functional Teams, and ASA (ALT) activities
- Must be capable of conducting independent analyses, evaluations, and assessments of technical and programmatic issues
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior leadership
- An active Top Secret Security / SCI Clearance is required
- Type of Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Mathematics
- Years of Experience Required: 20+ years of relevant experience supporting military or acquisition operations
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Senior Program Analyst for Program Executive Office Missiles and Space programs of record and integration of special program capability into air and missile defense products
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in gathering and integrating data from engineering, software, test & evaluation, configuration management, production, and logistics functions in order to develop, update, and maintain program documentation, formulate recommendations for decision makers, and ensure compliance and cohesiveness with all required Army, PEO MS and other relevant guidance, directives, and policies
- Interface routinely with key action officers and leaders within the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation and Missile Center, Army Capability Management Offices, the Cross Functional Teams, and ASA (ALT) activities
- Gather and organize information on problems or procedures and provide information to internal and external stakeholders as required
- Proactively identifying and solving complex problems that impact operations management and direction of programs
- Support technical design and program management reviews
- Assist or create briefings, information papers, or reports to Department of the Army (DA) level executives and Congressional representatives
- Analyze and help develop program strategies to devise the most efficient methods of integrating systems within the lifecycle framework
- Specifically, assist in transitioning from rapid capability efforts to Department of Defense (DoD) 5000.02 programs of record within the traditional acquisition pathway
- Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to conduct simultaneous efforts / projects with extremely short completion timelines
