Project Manager

Conduct project, product and program management for strategic technology initiatives, covering development, testing, architecture, and production management across multiple work streams.
Hands-on governance of Agile & Dev Ops best practices; ensure implementation is consistent with sprint planning, scrums, JIRA usage.
Oversee status reporting, articulation of strategy, and communications with stakeholders.
Collaborate with trading, operations, and/or product teams, and partner with development teams, first-line support, and vendors with lateral functions such as risk, controls, and compliance.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

Take the ownership of global delivery roadmap, product vision, strategy and document project plans, dependencies, and risks.
Optimize delivery pipeline throughout Dev lifecycle. Use of bank-wide tools as appropriate.
Establish standards for delivery and best practices across business and technology.
Drive delivery and make informed decisions on tradeoffs between tactical and strategic solutions, buy vs build, and resource allocation.
Create discussion points into short and long-term actionable plans.
Innovate Product features and automate the governance processes.
Use cases creation chalking out all primary and alternative user decisions and system behavior.
