Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Drives efficiencies in the audit/review process.
- Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.
- Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.
- Identifies process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Project Management Certification
- Supervisory experience
