Engineering Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a must
5+ years of experience in project management in a product development environment is a must
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment and electrical/electronics
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective action as needed
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and Quality teams to align on project goals and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution
Apply technical knowledge to assess project feasibility and provide expert guidance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and errors
