Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, healthcare or business.
- 8+ years of Program Management experience with a focus on the technical aspects of new product development
- Experience in delivering connected devices or combined hardware / software solutions.
- Strong program management skills driving complex, programs with motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, manage competing priorities, and resource allocation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills characterized by technical acumen, clarity, and brevity
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making, with ability to make reasoned decisions in situations of uncertainty or imperfect data
- Ability to work with people across a broad variety of job functions and levels.
- Good Understanding of Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive cross-functional program delivery plans to achieve successful business outcomes. Includes scoping, prioritization, resourcing, budgeting and risk management
- Establish and maintain program metrics and key performance indicators to track progress, evaluate program success and identify areas for process improvements
- Be the bridge – equally comfortable explaining team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing tradeoffs with engineers and product managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters preferred.
- PMP or SCRUM certifications
- Engineering experience not needed but could highly benefit the candidate
