Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, multi-family, or commercial real estate.
  • Proven experience leading all phases of design and construction for interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and project delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from design through construction, ensuring quality, design integrity, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to manage the design development process, ensuring alignment with the project’s vision and goals.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and drive value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate milestones, and manage the project team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Act as the central point of contact across cross-functional teams including internal leadership, design, construction, procurement, and operations.
  • Oversee construction progress, manage RFIs and submittals, conduct site visits, and ensure fit-out work meets quality standards and codes.
  • Work with procurement teams on FF&E packages and long-lead items to ensure seamless integration with construction timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with design-forward, branded environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with South Florida building codes and permitting processes highly preferred.
