Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, people analytics, HR operations, or a related data-driven role.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills—you’re comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high bar for data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.
  • Project management chops—you know how to drive work forward, align stakeholders, and deliver on time.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our compensation strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses using Excel, Google Sheets, and other BI tools to support HR, Talent, and Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Support our bi-annual global compensation planning process end-to-end including design & management of the tooling, equity plan design, lead engagement and overall communication strategy across the company.
  • Select appropriate benchmark surveys, analyze and interpret relevant market data, and develop recommendations for updates to job categories and salary structures as appropriate.
  • Support the recruiting team with all new hire compensation offers, including market trend analysis and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous attention to detail and proactive auditing.
  • Continuously improve processes, models, and templates to enable scale and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting compensation, total rewards, or workforce planning functions.
