Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer, preferably with enterprise-level technical systems (bonus points for SaaS and API direct experience)
  • Deep technical expertise in API integrations and web technologies, with a proven track record of accelerating sales cycles by swiftly resolving complex technical blockers and architecting scalable implementation strategies that drive multi-threaded enterprise deals
  • Ability to drive focused, results-oriented technical discussions across all seniority levels, skillfully translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining clear meeting objectives and actionable outcomes
  • Programming experience in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.)
  • Background in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Ability to build and scale robust operational frameworks, combining exceptional communication skills with proven ability to architect, document, and implement enterprise-grade processes that drive organizational efficiency and repeatable success

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the various paths to integrating with Anrok between pre-built integration functionality, our APIs, and manual workflows
  • Architect and evangelize technical solutions that drive sales success, partnering with internal teams, customers, and prospects to design and implement strategic solutions while serving as technical authority throughout the sales and onboarding cycle
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to build and maintain expertise in the product, as well as to surface areas of friction and potential improvement
  • Work with our Product and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and escalate impactful features to unblock sales deals and activate current Anrok customers
  • Break down, document, and socialize complex technical challenges and concepts for internal and external teams, to foster shared understanding and a clear path toward resolution
  • Design scalable workflows to effectively prioritize and manage live calls, email responses, documentation of implementation paths and decisions, and other strategic projects
  • Help surface, cross-functionally align on, and implement new ideas, such as improving our technical documentation or designing new demo functionality for our third-party integrations
  • Serve as a consultative expert on both Anrok and broader API systems design for our prospects, customers, and partners
  • Work closely with our Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to provide effective and efficient technical support throughout the customer lifecycle
  • In conjunction with the Technical Support Team, create and maintain technical documentation to support customer implementation and technical resolution success
