Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Hotel experience, a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of The Sun Rose space and minimize wait times.
- Help set up The Sun Rose pre-show
- Create name plates and seating map for Will Call and Guest list
- Check in guests/Ticket Buyers at Entrance
- Seat guests upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Assist with artist needs (parking comps/drink tickets/guest list/green room)
- Alert Food & Beverage of any VIPs arrivals
- Assist Talent Booker on any tasks that may arise
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
