Requirements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional data entry, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Ability to research, collect, and manipulate data
- Proficient with MS Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and web-based computer technologies
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities
- Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates, both externally and internally.
- Schedule interviews across the organization.
- Coordinate onsite meetings and interviews.
- Book travel arrangements with travel partners.
- Report on metrics, data, and ad hoc requests for Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Provide support for events and activities planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interview scheduling.
- Familiarity with ATS and/or CRM systems (specifically Workday and Eightfold).
