Requirements
- Skilled in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, discrete event analysis, and operational test evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and statistical software such as JMP.
- Experienced in maintaining configuration control of test data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches for testing and evaluation.
- Strong experience in test design, problem decomposition, and data analysis methods.
- Requires 9–12 years of experience in operational testing, ORSA methodologies, and test analysis.
- Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing test plans.
- Analyzing data and delivering actionable insights.
- Shaping Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for GAI usage in operational contexts.
- Working with classified data and leveraging state-of-the-art AI tools.
- Contributing to national security objectives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing.
