Responsibilities
- Drive and park guest vehicles with the utmost care.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide quick and reliable vehicle pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring that guests experience seamless and timely transitions.
- Assist service advisors by efficiently coordinating vehicle movements, sharing important updates on vehicle status, and helping ensure smooth operations.
- Perform longer drives when necessary, ensuring safe transport of vehicles.
- Engage in open and honest communication with team members to guarantee a smooth process from start to finish.
