Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
- 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Advanced project management skills with proven, demonstrated experience in building, executing, and measuring large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, project management systems (Monday.com, Lytho, etc.), and digital asset management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the welcome experience to over 1.3 million Priority Health members
- Provide pertinent information about their health plan
- Create a best-in-class initial experience for Priority Health members
- Manage communications and change management to support digital initiatives that impact members
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years in healthcare, preferably within a payer organization or 3 years in a large matrixed organization
- PMP certification
- Experience in a PMO
- Healthcare information management systems experience
- Experience with Epic
