Requirements
- A passion for helping people and a proven track record (1+ year) in customer service or retail sales.
- A solid understanding of mobile devices and their operating systems.
- The flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- A clean background (successful completion of criminal and drug test).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within the designated area.
Responsibilities
- Travel daily in your personal vehicle to different retail locations within a 30-mile radius, providing essential repair services.
- Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of devices, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
- Embody our ‘Serve, Solve, and Sell’ philosophy by actively listening to customers, providing accurate information, and offering tailored solutions, including our Asurion Connected Home products.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, earning unlimited monthly bonuses based on your performance.
- Share your valuable insights and best practices between stores, contributing to a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Handle work orders, oversee inventory, and process buybacks and product returns with accuracy.
- Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training, expanding your technical skills and earning valuable certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience (6+ months preferred) in product service support and technology repair.
