Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction and in good standing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change while prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and thorough
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk, advise various business units of the risks, and exercise sound legal judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Must have an intermediate or advanced skill level with all Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel)
- Ability to multitask and function efficiently with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, understand changing department and company priorities and process large amounts of information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Communicates effectively with internal and external clients
Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support for FIFA World Cup 2026 legal requirements
- Provide overflow legal support for other On Location legal needs when required
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts
- Coordinate with business, finance, and compliance departments to assist with deal development
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective contract-administration and document-management processes
- Provide real-time analysis and advice on business and legal issues
- Draft and review contracts and contract templates required for FIFA World Cup 2026
- Follow up on the execution and delivery of contracts and other associated paperwork
- Work with various departments in managing the timely review and approvals of contracts and tracking projects
- Perform various basic research assignments
- Work closely with various departments and individual project managers on contract and administrative matters
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in law firm, in-house legal or other equivalent experience preferred
- Some experience in the entertainment, sports, or media industry preferred but not required
