Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in Global Compensation, data analysis, product delivery management
- Deep understanding of CRMs (Salesforce and Dynamics preferred), ERPs (SAP, NetSuite preferred) and SQL
- Exceptional written and verbal communications, time management and social skills
- Inclination to train and educate users in new processes, policies, procedures and technologies
- Ability to reorder priorities on short-notice and adapt to changing requirements
Responsibilities
- Create and run operational processes to ensure end-to-end reporting is identical across various reporting systems, including CRM (multiple Salesforce instances, Dynamics), ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Intacct) and custom SQL tables
- Using various tools such as SQL queries, CRM native reporting and Valorx apps to data mine and analyze problem scenarios, corner cases and evaluate overall system and effectiveness
- Leverage expertise of Adobe sales and commission systems to design, test and improve future system enhancements or other cross-functional projects by partnering with Product Delivery Management (PDMs), development engineers, and internal end-users
- Build and cultivate relationships across key stakeholders including Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy and Enablement, and Deal Desk
- Serve as SME and offer training/support to overall Sales organization as needed
