Associates degree strongly preferred
Technical degree, equivalent military experience or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Experience in water treatment greatly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with industrial equipment and safety regulations
Proficiency in process optimization, simple data analysis, and basic water chemistry
Proficient with computers and business software such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Demonstrates critical thinking and complex troubleshooting to guide and advise team members and customers

Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and quantity goals are met while adhering to customer environmental regulations
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and efficiency while implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of AQUA Pros with a range of experience levels
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance work environment
Effectively communicate expectations and verify compliance to drive accountability
Develop and manage budgets for site operations to a margin goal
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company/customer policies
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report daily on plant performance both internally and externally
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide recommendations to senior management and engineering based on findings
