Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS or related enterprise technologies, with a strong external network of industry contacts and partnerships
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partner sales or partner management roles
  • Deep understanding of hyperscaler business models, particularly AWS and Google Cloud
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, RSIs, and GSIs
  • Executive presence with demonstrated success in C-level engagement and relationship building
  • Operational excellence and data-driven approach to strategic planning and execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, with frequent visits to Seattle and San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and strengthen C-level relationships within AWS and Google Cloud ecosystems, expanding existing programs and developing new go-to-market opportunities
  • Driving measurable revenue generation and pipeline development through hyperscaler marketplace offerings, joint solution development, and co-selling initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including sales, engineering, marketing, product, and operations to align hyperscaler strategies with company objectives
  • Working with AWS and Google Cloud business development teams, solution architects, and marketing to create compelling joint value propositions and industry solutions that resonate with target markets
  • Ensuring hyperscaler teams understand Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Automation value proposition and technology integration points
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing partner programs that accelerate adoption and drive growth in key market segments
  • Coordinating with broader alliance ecosystem including SIs, VARs, MSPs, and distributors to maximize go-to-market impact
  • Serving as a spokesperson for joint value propositions, maintaining high-quality internal and external communication to drive alignment and results
