Requirements
- Experience with all aspects of desktop support for Macs, VoIP, AD, and many more acronym (Mac experience is a must).
- Bachelor’s Degree level education or equivalent in technology
- Coding experience with any high-level language is required -–YES, we’re crazy about systems integration and you can be part of it!
- Effective and efficient in learning new tasks/assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with both onsite and remote end-user support (macOS clients, VoIP/ Video applications, Cloud applications).
- Build and provision Mac computers using Apple Business Manager and Jamf Pro.
- Participate in IT project rollouts involving on-site as well as Cloud-based platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Keep IT inventory up to date and in good shape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally, you have had hands-on experience working with technology in college, and it’s a hobby for you as well.
