Requirements

  • 10+ years of previous work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a logistics or warehouse setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in change management principles and practices, with a focus on organizational readiness and capacity building
  • Excellent collaboration and good written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with various internal teams
  • Familiarity with various WMS platforms and related technologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a Train-The-Trainer program to empower key personnel to effectively train others within their teams: identification of trainers, conducting trainer training, trainer evaluation, and providing on-going support.
  • Leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the WMS, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and resistance management.
  • Creating comprehensive training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users, managers, and leads on the WMS.
  • Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs and change management initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
