Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Less than 2 years Call center/sales experience Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Managing and cleansing data in the Salesforce CRM system, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities.
- Emailing and calling prospects to understand and build their interest in TFB solutions.
- Carefully following the follow-up sequence, lead management process in Salesforce, and the qualification process to qualify leads.
- Providing feedback to the Marketing team on lead quality, processes, and performance.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts in the small to mid-sized business space.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Preferred)
- Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client needs, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunities. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools. (Preferred)
