Logistics Coordinator

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably in structured cabling or construction.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage the work of others.
Strong data analysis and calculation skills for informed decision-making.
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures for effective logistics operations.
Proven performance management and coaching skills.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Coordinate and track material deliveries, manage storage, and oversee inventory levels to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Lead and coach Logistics team members to enhance their professional growth and foster a collaborative work environment.
Track materials, reconcile packing lists, perform physical counts, and generate inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
Champion Lean initiatives and track logistics performance using key metrics to drive improvements.
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with return policies.
Set an example by promoting safety standards and professionalism on the job site.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in structured cabling or construction preferred.
