Requirements
- Ability to learn and understand technical data and specifications
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to execute impromptu speeches/presentations in a captivating way
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and an aptitude for learning new software packages
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards problem-solving
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve Circuit Card Assemblies to improve production yield
- Identify and implement cost-effective Circuit Card Test, including automation, tooling upgrades, and workflow optimizations
- Troubleshoot Circuit Card fallout from Incoming Inspection and Production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product and processes
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production and quality teams
- Perform schematic capture as required
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation as required.
