Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role, with a successful track record of delivering complex technical solutions to market.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying (Gen) AI technologies
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of software development methodologies, web technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with product analytics and user research is a plus.
- Project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven leadership skills, including inspiring and motivating cross-functional product squads towards a common goal.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, market analysis, and prototype testing to identify and validate innovative product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Decision-Making Ownership: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate ideas and make informed go/no-go recommendations, balancing technical feasibility and business value.
- Commercial Focus and Market Insight: Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and guide product strategy toward business outcomes, e.g. revenue growth and market differentiation.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and user needs. Maintain a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, business product owners, legal and compliance, and business leaders to ensure alignment on product objectives and feasibility throughout the development lifecycle.
- Leadership and Innovation: Provide guidance to product squads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and advocating.
- End-to-End Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Performance Optimization: Define and track key performance metrics. Analyze data and user feedback to optimize product performance and drive iterative improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related science field preferred.
